Practice Management (sample dialogue)
The Baltimore Dermatological Society is holding a seminar on Practice Management this summer. We are planning to cover issues on Staffing, Legal and Accounting, and Marketing and Promotion. We would welcome suggestions from members of this forum (regardless of whether you live in the Baltimore area) about other topics of interest.
Managing my medical supplies (inventory) has always been a challenge. I would welcome some guidelines in how to plan that process more effectively.
Within the legal subject matter, I would be particularly interested in issues regarding malpractice protection and liability waivers. Also, is the seminar open to non-members? I live and practice in Virginia and would certainly make the drive up to Baltimore.
