Definition:

Genodermatosis: sporadic, autosomal recessive, and autosomal dominant; keratitis, ichthyosiform erythroderma, & profound neurosensory deafness.
Other findings include: alopecia, decreased sweating, malformed teeth, nail dystrophy, sometimes inflammatory corneal vascularization.  Squamous cell carcinoma may develop in childhood

AKA Senter syndrome, Desmons’ syndrome, PED type XVI
Derivation:

K (keratitis), I (ichthyosis), D (deafness)
